Play on Windows
Download GTPS Connect and follow the steps below to join our server.
- Download GTPS Connect.
- Extract the archive with WinRAR or 7-Zip. Keep all three files together.
- Right-click connect.bat and select Run as administrator.
- Follow the instructions and launch Growtopia. If it does not open automatically, launch it manually.
- Log in and enjoy playing!
Before you connect: Growtopia must already be installed. Download the package only from this website, verify the CA certificate's SHA-256 fingerprint below against a trusted independent source, and approve the administrator prompt only if you trust the package. Trusting a root certificate affects your device beyond Growtopia.
Disconnect: Run disconnect.bat as administrator. It removes the package's own settings; pre-existing certificates and unrecognized hosts entries are preserved. If a hosts conflict is reported, review the existing entry before continuing; do not delete unrelated records.
Manually installed CA: If you installed the certificate yourself, open certlm.msc → Trusted Root Certification Authorities → Certificates and remove only the DeadTopia CA with the matching fingerprint when you no longer need it.

PowerTunnel — Android Connection
Connect to GTPS using PowerTunnel and our online hosts configuration.
APK downloads are permanently unavailable on this website.
- Use your existing compatible game installation. This website does not distribute APK files.
- Install and open PowerTunnel from a trusted source.
- Tap the three-line menu (☰) in the upper-right corner.
- Find the Hosts section and open its settings.
- Paste the GTPS Raw Hosts URL shown below into the hosts URL field and save it.
- Activate PowerTunnel and approve the Android VPN request if prompted.
- Open your game, log in and enjoy the game!

Android — Virtual Hosts
Connect to GTPS on Android using the Virtual Hosts method.
APK downloads are permanently unavailable on this website.
⬇ Download Hosts File- Download the hosts file using the button above. Use your existing compatible game installation and Virtual Hosts.
- Open the Virtual Hosts application.
- Tap the blue RE-SELECT HOSTS FILE button at the bottom of the application.
- Your file manager will open. Locate the downloaded hosts file and select it.
- If a permission request appears, review it and approve the VPN connection if you trust the application.
- Enable the Virtual Hosts connection and make sure it is running.
- Open your game, log in to your account and start playing!
Important: Keep Virtual Hosts running while playing. If you cannot connect, check that the correct hosts file is selected and the VPN connection is active.

Play on iOS
Follow these steps to connect using Surge 5.
- In Safari, download the DeadTopia Local Root CA using the link below. Compare its SHA-256 fingerprint with the value shown here and a trusted independent source. Do not install it if they do not match.
- Open Settings → General → VPN & Device Management and install the downloaded DeadTopia certificate profile. If no installable profile appears, stop and contact support.
- Open Settings → General → About → Certificate Trust Settings and enable full trust only for the verified DeadTopia Local Root CA.
- Install and open Surge 5. Back up your current configuration, then open default.conf → Edit in Text Mode and copy the configuration below into a separate profile.
- Save the profile and tap START. Review and approve the VPN permission prompt if requested.
- Fully close and reopen Growtopia, then log in. If a certificate error appears, check the fingerprint, trust setting, and Surge profile; do not disable certificate verification.

Certificate security: Trusting a root certificate affects your entire device, not just Growtopia. Anyone controlling the CA's private key can issue certificates your device may trust. Install only the verified DeadTopia CA; a fingerprint shown on the download page alone is not independent verification.

When you are finished: Tap STOP in Surge and restore your previous configuration. Turn off full trust for the DeadTopia CA under Settings → General → About → Certificate Trust Settings. Then open Settings → General → VPN & Device Management → DeadTopia certificate profile → Remove Profile. Leave unrelated certificates and VPN profiles unchanged.

Is GTPS an official Growtopia server?
No. GTPS is an unofficial community project and is not affiliated with Ubisoft or Growtopia.
Why isn't the latest version connecting?
Official updates can change login, TLS, and client behavior. Please refer to our Discord announcements for verified compatibility information.
Where can I report a connection issue?
Join our Discord and open a support ticket. Include your platform, client version, and the exact error message without sharing passwords.
Is installing a custom Root CA safe?
Installing a Root CA grants significant trust to the certificate authority and anyone controlling its private key. Only proceed if you understand the risks, and remove it when you no longer need it.
